Over 100 awards and recognitions have been bestowed on Audrey Hepburn. She is one of a few people who have won an Emmy, a Grammy, an Oscar, and a Tony Award. She has also received numerous humanitarian and lifetime achievement awards, including the Presidential Medal of Freedom.
